Fluffy pancakes with coconut condensed milk, ube whipped cream, topped with coconut chips. Served with maple syrup.

Chilaquiles

Fried tortilla chips soaked in housemade salsa roja, topped with two sunny side eggs, crumbled cheese, red onion cilantro.
